What is your suggestion?: Make vengeance spell give magic XP

Is this in OSRS?: Yes it is.

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: Tried to check but didn't find.

How would this benefit Alora?: Gives nice passive magic xp if you use vengeance while PVMing and from PKing too ofcourse.
