Hello gamers. As most of you probably know, @Omicron recently added a lottery to Alora! After chatting with some other gamers, I decided to suggest a little diddy for us ironmen out there. I think if ironmen could contribute to the lottery with their GP, and put the winnings in their main's name (a Classic or Normal mode account), it would not be game breaking because the ironmen can not claim the GP. 

 

What is your suggestion?: Allow Ironmen accounts to play the lottery and collect winnings on an eligible account

Is this in OSRS?: No

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: No, the lottery is new!

How would this benefit Alora?: Allowing Ironmen to dump GP from their accounts to their main for a chance to hit it big, I think this would appeal to a lot of people and also allow more of a gold sink for the server.

Maybe turn the winning into a "ticket" you can claim or something, so irons can't claim it.

No support, if you wanna enter the lottery that badly drop your gold to a "alt" account and join it from there. I see it pointless to bring ironman/ironwoman into the factor and allow you to "claim" the winnings on a different account. you can drop trade gold so do that then enter the lottery. saves omicron from spending the time on something like allowing you to collect the money on a different account you actually won on.

No support. If we allowed this it would allow gold that is more easily obtained by normie players to make its way to ironmen who are supposed to be solo in almost everything they obtain. Allowing ironmen to participate in the lottery goes against the game mode

As many others have said, it’s easy enough to drop the gold over to a normal/classic account. Changing the system to accommodate ironmen buying tickets/winning would further complicate the system unnecessarily.
