Another quick suggestion to match the game with Oldschool Runescape.
Quote from OSRS Wiki: Players can also use the head on a ranging or max cape to give the enhanced ammo-saving effect to those capes.

Suggestion: Allow us to use Vorkath head on Max cape / Ranging cape / Ranging cape (t) to give them all the enhanced ammo-saving effect. (Uses Ava's accumulator effect by default)
(This would mean you need to use an Ava's assembler on Max cape to create Assembler max cape.)
