Why?

Head:
Some head are rare and nice to get. Normal player could just drop it in the bank and leave it here. As uim we have no choice to drop it because we can't put it in our Looting bag and do not got on the "Untradable Shop". So would be nice to keep them. Why the head and not "Slayer Helm". Mainly because not every has the point to create the helm. We need to get another black mask. (Can take a very long time).

Orn Kit:

The mainly reason it's because of the uim gamemode. Putting a orn kit to have style is nice. But when you wanna do a skilling or anything that take inventory spot. We need to dismantle it to put it in the Looting bag. But we can't with the orn kit. So dimantling it will take 2 inventory/Looting bag spot for us. Why i did add "3x" to the twisted ornament kit. It's the same as i did explain earlier. We can't store it in the Looting bag. The "Twisted" Ancestral Robe. So we need to dismantle it and can't put the "Twisted Orn Kit" In the looting bag. So no choice to drop it!

I know you're against the idea but I would support adding the different slayer helm variants instead of the heads, there are methods of storage available for it to be viable while you save up points/get another black mask.

I think either adding the heads and orn kits to the box or just doing the different slayer helms would be cool to add to the PoH fancy dress box.

Partial support.  I like the idea of getting "heads" used to recolor slayer helm out of the bank.  However, I do not support direct storage of them.  That should be a perk limited to players who have collected the black mask, obtain 55 crafting, and spent the slayer points necessary to both make and recolor the mask.  This would make storing colored slayer helms in the POH similar to storing colored graceful sets and would incentivize players to continue doing cave horror tasks after obtaining their first black mask.  Just keepin' it real!

Pretty much agree with Casket here. Makes more sense to have storage for the different slayer helm variants compared to storing the heads.

I can see why Fou would suggest this, would be more a QoL to use just heads then save up 6k+ points for each helm.

This will be partially accepted. I like the idea of allowing slayer helmets (not heads) to be added in the Armour case, but I won't be adding space for other ornament kits.
