What is your suggestion?: Allow iban(u) to be recharged without having to use up all the charges.

Is this in OSRS?: Not sure

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: Not sure

How would this benefit Alora?: Nice QoL addition. Sometime when you have about 200 or lower cast left, you have to find a way to use it all before you can recharge it at Aubury.
