What is your suggestion?:

I am suggestion to allow players to resell back items they've purchased from the Loyalty shop for 50% price you purchased it for. (This is for suggestion sake but I think it's a fair medium)

No, This is a Alora feature

How would this benefit Alora?:

I feel this can benefit Alora in a couple ways. Probably the biggest benefit would be if someone for say accidentally buys multiple of one item, they can resell the accidentally bought ones for some reimbursement vs making the player make a technical support thread in hopes of a refund. Another bonus this can bring to the table is if a player wants a new item or set from the Loyalty shop, they can resell the pieces randomly sitting in bank vs just dropping them and going to waste.

Support, we’re always constantly earning loyalty points, shouldn’t matter if we can sell it back to the shop and I’m surprised you can’t already do that.

Support for sure. Seems like a good idea, 50% of the original points is fair and don't see any problems with selling the items back.

This seems like a good idea on the surface, but after looking into it more, there are numerous items in the loyalty point shop that are obtainable in places other than the Loyalty exchange. Not only that, but some of the cosmetic items in the shop are tradable, meaning this would make it possible to sell loyalty points to other players in the form of the cosmetics you can sell back.
