With the addition of the cape rack in the costume room, i think it only makes sense to allow us to get the hoods only, specifically for ultimates. when you pull a cape out to use the perk, you'll probably want to drop the hood, but then you have to buy the whole cape again to get a hood.

 

we should have the option to get the hood only, if you have the cape in your inventory. this is even more important for max cape variants. I know most players wont want to spend 1m and do vorkath/inferno again just to store their assembler/infernal max capes because they dropped their hoods. alternatively we can remove the requirement to have the hood in order to store the cape.

How about, just rework it so that hood isnt required to store the cape on the cape rack? Either way support, but i feel just not requiring hood to store capes would be a bit easier to code but im not a coder, so who knows :)

Instead of this, I've made it so that players can store either the cape + hood, or just the cape in the cape rack, that way it'll be easier for UIM's to manage their capes.
