What is your suggestion?:

Increase the amount of tokkul received when pickpocketing Tzhaars

Is this in OSRS?:

No

Has this suggestion been accepted already?:

Not that i have seen

How would this benefit Alora?:

There is no real reason to pickpocket Tzhaars:

the xp rates are low compared to other NPC's that can be pickpocketed

The equipment needed (ice gloves) takes quite a while to obtain

The reward is too low

If you're going for tokkul, it's easier to just barrage the tzhaars and sell the drops, or even farm fight caves

(or just farm zulrah if you're going for an onyx anyway)

If you're going for gems, there are other ways to obtain these, also barraging them is still simpler/faster

If you're going for thieving xp, there are tons of better options

So there is no real incentive for pickpocketing tzhaars, as they seem to be outclassed in every area

Increasing the tokkul obtained by even just a bit would make it a more feasible way to obtain an onyx without combat being involved

We're simply using the OSRS drop values, increasing them specifically would throw off the balance (tzhaars are meant to give more tokkul from killing them). If OSRS decides to buff the tokkul in the future, then we'll do the same, but as it stands, we've basically double the tokkul that Tzhaars are supposed to give already (it's 3-7 on OSRS, 3-16 on Alora).
