What is your suggestion?:

Implement the filters on spellbooks for example like combat/Non Combat spells so you can only see barrages and fire surge OR Teleports and skilling spells

Checked and haven't seen similiar suggestion

 

How would this benefit Alora?: 

Easier access to spells without the worry of missclicks and just a whole lot more convenient for players

Also can be useful for skillers as per the Utility filter for plank make etc ..
