With the introduction of the herblore skillcape perk from this update, you can make unfinished pots with grimy herbs as long as you have herblore skillcape, max cape, monkey, etc.

 

However, Zahur isn't coded to create unfinished potions for you if your herbs are grimy. It would be great to extend the skillcape perk to work in tandem with Zahur, i.e. wearing your max cape will allow Zahur to make unfinished pots with grimy herbs.

Support! Less chat options for making unf's would be a nice perk for those that do have the req's. I think it would be a nice addition to Zahur.

I agree with this suggestion, but not sure if double the price like @Extremedanny said would be a thing.... But I support!

Well the price doubles as is right now when cleaning noted vs. unnoted herbs so it would make sense for the price to scale up. If not double the cost, at least something including the cost of her cleaning the herbs makes sense. This would be the cost using her current prices: 

 

Make unf. pots with clean herbs = 1,750gp ea (CURRENT)

Make unf. pots with grimy unnoted herbs = 2,250gp ea (500 + 1,750)

Make unf. pots with grimy noted herbs = 2,750gp ea (1000 + 1,750)
