As we all know the staff is literally a nightmare to get and the orbs and staff are worth roughly 2-9b depending on the orb.

 

Now the exchange value of the individual items are fine (except for the harmonised orb....) see screenshot below:

 

 

But when you combine the staff with the harmonised orb it will become a 4.6M exchange value item:

 

Same goes for the staff and volatile orb combined:

Seeing how this staff is meant to be used for pking the exchange value has to be higher then 4.8m, as it is right now even when you go out in regular welfare gear you will lose the nightmare staff no matter what happens as 90% of the items will be protecting over the staff.

 

The exchange value of the staff combined with an orb should be around 1b and not 4.8m please fix this because its ridiculous.

Does anyone have a source to state what the true protection value of the nightmare staves are on OSRS? The wiki lists the item values as 4.6m, and no other information suggesting it having a higher protection value is listed.
