What is your suggestion?:

A Rework of the loyalty shop items that can be purchased.

 

Is this in OSRS?: NO

 

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: Not to my knowledge.

 

                                                                                                     How would this benefit Alora?:   

                  Most of the items that are currently in the Loyalty point store are cosmetics that most of the players will never spend there points on. what I am suggesting is to add a new shop that when you talk to Sir Loyle T will show 2 different store options, the old store and the new. The new store would could possibly have the following items (some new) and the prices could be diffrent depending on what others believe.

• Shayzien Armour- full set price would be around 60k Loyalty points.
• Bonecrusher- 25-30k Loyalty points.
• Tome of Fire- 25k Loyalty points.
• Holy Wrench- 40k Loyalty points. (This items boosts the amount of prayer points you receive from using a prayer pot).
• Ancient Mace- 50k Loyalty points. (Has a special attack that uses 100% of the special attack bar that can hit through prayer draining the prayer of the opposing player. Also has the ability to restore the prayer of the user by whatever they hit making it a good spec weapon for slayer).
• Bracelet of Slaughter- 250 Loyalty points per bracelet.( This item has a chance of your kill on a slayer task not to count towards task but still give xp. this is suggested as it is hard for non-donors to obtain these.)
• Pirates Hook- 15k Loyalty points(cosmetic)
• Rogues Equipment- 100k Loyalty points( Has a chance to receive double the loot when theiving from an NPC).
• Farmers Equipment- 100k Loyalty points( Boosts farming experience gained).
• Keris- 50k Loyalty points( Deals 33% bonus damage against kalphites).
• Locator orb/ Dwarven Rock cake- 5k Loyalty points( both have the same use to deal damage to yourself).​

​While these are some of the items that could be potentially added, i would like to see what others believe could be added to shop in the comments.

Support. I like the idea of a rework, either with your items or others. How it is currently there isn't much besides gloves that's worth it. Currently have 300ksh and more of a cool thing to collect then to buy anything in the store

I would love to see a big item added for 1m points or more so people have something to save up for. Just a nice cosmetic or something.

I think so to I have around 700k points atm and don’t really need anything in the shop. I couldn’t really think of anything that would be worth 1m points so possibly a pet or something along those lines.

Hey man, I like the idea of the rework. I think the loyalty shop need to be revamped,

 

However, I don't like the idea of adding slayer based stuff to it, like the shayzien armor and the bracelet of slaughter to it.

 

I think those two needs to be in the slayer shop.

 

More items we can add to the loyalty shop are more cosmetic that's I support as well.

SUPPORT! It is too hard for new players to get tome of fire and other starter items from daily tasks. With old achievements it didn't took long to get tome of fire, ardy cape etc.

Support. Would be great to have some things to spend my loyalty points on and for others to work towards.

I do support this as the loyalty shop probably does need a little bit of an overhaul.

 

It can be a bit tricky with "earn" stores though as you have to keep it balanced considering there are already a tonne of these items in circulation. Reduction of price or a rise in price can throw things out of turn.

I agree with this so much!

 

I was really upset about shayzien armour in daily task shop.. this would be a very good alternative way to get it.

 

 

 

EDIT: Would be nice to also have Expeditious bracelet. ( When worn, provides a 25% chance to count 1 kill as 2 without granting any additional experience.)

Maybe something like the crystal crown for 1m: 

 

It's a recolor able item, and is purely for cosmetic purposes.  Great suggestion, whale.

Sorry but No Support - personally i don't like the idea of unlocking useful items behind playtime. I would much prefer some kind of daily points rework so that some of the items you listed are more easily obtainable. I would go even further and remove some of the gloves from the loyalty store and add them to the daily task store (i think its ice gloves and cooking gaunts?). Interesting to see that I'm in the minority on this though - I actually like the loyalty store being cosmetic only and some/most of it being un-tradeable items.

With the recent update, a lot of the daily tasks were nerfed - so a lot of these items are much more obtainable than they previously were.
