What is your suggestion?:

This isn't anything major, just something that annoyes me, as Shift-dropping uses the Shift key and so does the item Ground overlay Configuration Key. My suggestion is that we can Turn off and on the ground overlay configuration in the settings, that way when dropping items it doesn't show me a white screen of items. If we can't get a on-off button for it, maybe add it to the key binding interface so we can switch it.

Is this in OSRS?:

Not sure.

Has this suggestion been accepted already?:

Not that i could find.

How would this benefit Alora?:

Just a Qol, and the point with item overlays is that it shouldn't show the items you add to the ignore list. which this defeats.

Support. I don't want to see another ash from cerberus or bucket from kraken ever again.

Sounds like a nice idea, but I don’t find this to be a massive problem when shift dropping and inventory takes less than 10 seconds

Instead of a “yes/no” option, perhaps setting a different key for quick-dropping items from your inventory can be a better solution.

Instead of unnecessary interface work, I'm just going to opt to make the key alt instead of shift to remove items from the ground item overlay list, since I believe that's what it is on runelite anyways.
