What is your suggestion?:

Obelisk in house requires a Hard wilderness diary completed to use.

Doing so will allow players who have the diaries done to use the wilderness Obelisks the same way.

Doing this will enable players to teleport to a specific Obelisk in the wilderness, which would come in handy for clues/bossing/slayer.

Is this in OSRS?:

Yes it is and it is very handy in a lot of cases.

Has this suggestion been accepted already?:

No

How would this benefit Alora?:

Would make it easier for Clue Hunters, Slayer, and navigating the wilderness in general a little easier.

Pros:

- Easier access to clue locations

- Easier access to Slayer locations

- Easier to access Wilderness Boss locations

- Easier access to Pking locations

- New Wilderness Diary reward

Cons:

- Only be able to use these teleports if you have all the hard Wilderness diary done

- Donators may possibly lose the perk (Or keep it and give donating a little more incentive)

- Players may be able to escape Pkers who don't have diaries done

Confused as to what you're suggesting here lol. Are you suggesting that players have all of the wilderness diaries done to build the obeslisk in the POH? If so ye support, suggested adding this before myself I think.

If you're suggesting players have the diaries done to use the obelisks at all, even the ones in the wilderness; No support as it'd be awful for teams & multi clans to move around the Wilderness, + redirecting the obelisks is already locked behind being a donator.

Well was suggesting both honestly. Could keep it locked behind donators still as well, but give non-donors a way to achieve it through hard work.

i dont agree with this topic, you don't necessarily need all achieves in 07 to access obelisks. I don't really see the benefits of this besides u running away from pkers thats bout it.

Ye locking it behind Wilderness Diaries to use at all is inaccurate to how it is on 07 and would honestly be awful for teams and clans. No support for that part.

That was just to make it a little harder to obtain for non-donators honestly. Would love to have one in my house though.

Also edited it to the correct diary you need to use in OSRS.

Agreed, but only if you need the hard diaries to be completed to choose to which obelisk you're teleporting to. This is the way OSRS is. If you don't have the wilderness hard diaries completed, you'll teleport to a random obelisk.

The construction level to build the obelisk is 80 in OSRS.
Here's the wiki for the obelisk: https://oldschool.ru..._(Construction)

To be fair, I'd like it if the teleport wizard wouldn't be in the game anyway, but I think that's not a much supported idea. This is only possible if all other teleportation methods are coded in Alora.

Thanks for the construction level and link, will add that to my post.

And yea I would love for that Teleport Wizard to disappear as well.

I support making them work cause the ancient crystal drops are just fucking junk atm.

Don't tie to achievements already pretty stupid you have to be a donator to use them.

Well in OSRS they are a Hard diary we could add it to that and remove it from Donators. Honestly I'd rather that than have Donors have an OP perk like that.

It's like this to set the destination yes but not to build it. So much shit is locked behind the achievements already and most PKers have like 3-4 accounts, doing all the achievements takes a shit ton of time. I wouldn't mind either be donor/wildy diary but not both. Although I doubt Omicron would remove something that incentivizes players to reach donator status.

I like the idea of locking the ability to build the one in your house behind having hard or elite wildy diary completed or having it so that you need the dairy to choose where you want to go as a way of unlocking this ability beside donating.

Good suggestion.

Omi needs to implement it like 07 where it only teles a singular person out (as said in the wiki thread linked). Most likely whoever sets it or just make only the house owner able to tele from their house obelisk

Working POH Obelisk would be nice, but like others have stated, there are pros and cons to it. I agree that having the ability to change your destination should either be locked behind achievement diaries or Donator Rank, but Not both. What I would propose is if Omicron were to code it to work in your POH, and it still being a donator perk, that there would be a set number of times you can use the Obelisk in your POH per 24 hours, very similar to the Spellbook Swap perk. This number would increase with your Donator Rank. These are just some example numbers but:

Donor: 2

Super: 2

Extreme: 3

Legendary: 4

Uber: 5

Master: 5

Immortal: 7

@F's suggestion seems like a good idea. Have the ability to use the obelisk after doing the wilderness diaries. However, also have a daily limit on how many times you can use it, based on donator rank.

I agree with you up until mentioned donor rank.  Keep donor rank out of this.  The obelisk (and other Poh constructs) should function the same for all players who have it in their house.  Also, there's no reason to put a limit on it's use.  The ability to use the obelisk should motivate players to invest 10m into buying a house and training up construction.
