Include a HCIM's Highscore Rank on announcements when they get clapped

I think when a HCIM gets killed, it should show their highscore rank following "Hardcore Ironman", so for example it would look like this

 

Hardcore Ironman (#12) Kcuhc has fallen 2,277 to a Goblin!

 

 

Here's an example that I totally didnt photoshop from another HCIM just dying that just gave me the idea.
