What is your suggestion?:

Increase the allotted time before the boss starts when you enter the instance.

How would this benefit Alora?:

     As of right now people are waiting outside to enter the nightmare because they are not able to get to the boss in time. As soon as they enter the timer starts for the next boss fight and people are usually just now picking up there loot at this time. usually by the time the next kill has started a few have to wait 10 minutes to be able to kill the boss again. Increasing the time would allow groups to gather and not feel rushed by the 30 second time limit to bank and restore there stats are the revit pool.

It's quite hectic to bank, resupply, revit and get back there in time 

If you don't have a well organized bank, and isn't aware of the fastest way to get back (;;nightmare btw), it's very easy to miss that 30 second window, lol.

Breaks my heart whenever I notice someone who is running behind me that doesn't make it in time for the instance

Support, folks need more than 30 seconds to restock before the next trip. :)

The 30 seconds is fine, just make it so people can join in on phase 1, osrs has some function like this too I believe.

Increasing the timer by 15 seconds or so wouldn't hurt anything Imo.

Definite support, makes sense to let everyone get a chance to bank and come back.

Basically what @Blackpoiint said. If we're not going to get instance opportunities in the future, the timer needs to be increased. 1 minute or 1:30 seems like a reasonable timer. At the current moment the timer feels very similar to Pest Control, except we gotta wait 10+ minutes instead of 1 minute.
