What is your suggestion?:
Give the skilling pets a use to encourage us to have them out instead of storing in bank instantly. I wouldn't want it anything major, few examples of perks:
Beaver -> Chops extra log every once in awhile (similar to donator perk but not as common)
Heron -> Catches an extra fish every once in awhile.
Rift Guardian -> Essence not used up upon runecraft on a lowish chance
Rock Golem -> X% chance to mine an extra ore (similar to varrock armoud 4)
Squirrel -> Double agility xp drop on an odd chance
Rocky -> Steal twice on one thieve (low chance)
Tangleroot -> Chance for seed to be planted on 2nd growth stage (?)
Baby Chin -> Attracts a chin to your box (?)
These perks could obviously be changed to something else to better fit the pet.
Is this in OSRS?:
No
Has this suggestion been accepted already?:
I don't believe so
How would this benefit Alora?:
This would give people more of an incentive to skill with pets instead of storing in bank as soon as you get them or even go for them just to have the perk. Would need to have the perks on a low or very low chance so its not needed to actually have the pet to grind out a skill. It would also justify spending 10M coins to insure the pet. If this was introduced I'd like to see skilling pets harder to obtain.
I can see this being classed as a custom so I would not be against it if it was declined as I like how similar to osrs Omi has kept us.
