What is your suggestion?:

Daily reward system

 

Could possible replace daily task system but can work along side it, maybe to receive points.

 

Rewards could be random + based on game mode. (maybe even disabled for some gamemodes)

 

Unique boxes could be made for this which would not be economy breaking.

(I like the idea of crystal keys like in the picture personally)

Would motivate players to login daily, unlike the task system imo.

Who doesn't like free stuff?

Rewards could boost players.

Great way to advertise the server too "daily login rewards" :)

I dont do daily tasks anyways, but this would/could be a passive way for ironmen of all types to gain some secondaries, or any other very time consuming gathering skills.

I like it. It gives it a twist to things all together. But there is always pro's and con's to everything of course..

Honestly if we could have more ways to obtain crystal shards rather than keys that would be awesome I would 100% support this if it was shards as there is only a handful of ways to grind out shards currently and all of them take a horrendous amount of time to obtain.

Not bad of a suggestion, as it may give players an incentive to log in daily for daily rewards. Neutral.

Neutral not bad, The problem is finding the right rewards for this but not bad at all.

This could actually be a good option with a nice incentive to stay active and vote. Will be tough to find a good balance in the rewards though.

I'm not sure if I support your specific suggestion, but I do support reworking the daily task rewards shop.  I'm gonna keep it REAL.  I want the daily task rewards shop reduced by a factor of 10.  With the old achievement system gone, key game items have become inaccessible to many new players.  Tome of fire, for example, now requires 250 daily task points to obtain.  At 30 points/day, the maximum for non-donors, that would take at best 8 days.  REALstically, it would take much, much longer.  New players won't consistently get the extra 12 points/day bonus for completing all of a day's tasks.  For comparison, the bonecrusher is also available in the daily task shop for 250 points and in the slayer shop for  3,000 points.  Reducing the price to 25 daily task points would balance out the two shops.  25 daily task points versus 3,000 slayer points is a much more REAListic option.  Giving players REAListic options is what keeps the game content alive and fun  Full pyromancer, which used to be obtainable via achievement points, now costs 800 daily task points, which is a month of hard work at best.  What's especially upsetting is players weren't given warnings to use their old achievement points before the new achievement system rework.  Some players, especially those with limited bank space, had a lot achievement points saved up (since PoH storage wasn't available yet) and now that's all gone.  To put it simply, players no longer have reasonable access to key items and that needs to be addressed ASAP.  How do we fix it?  Drop a 0 from every item in the daily task shop!  250 -> 25!  Check out the shop for yourselves!  Let's give some support and keep shit REAL!
