Hello, if you are experiencing issues with moving the camera in game with your mouse wheel then locate where your Java is installed.
This is the only version of Java or anything to do with Java that I have on my PC.

Usually the issue is because you have more than 1 version of Java installed which then bugs the camera with the mouse wheel. I have been asked numerous times about this situation and what they can do to fix this issue. As you can see below this is a screenshot of one of the issues a player was having and this is what he sent me regarding Java versions.
Simply just uninstall all of these and then reinstall Java to the latest update you possibly can. This should fix your issue regarding the mouse wheel and moving the camera with it.
If this did not work. Try downgrading one version of Java and then try again.
