Hi thought I'd introduce myself
I joined many many moons ago yet never really got into the game nor had the time back then, nor did i participate on the forums.
Apparently i last logged in 2+ years ago yet my account asked me to choose a game mode so i guess there was a reset or something? Anyway i chose realism and have been playing the last few days since Christmas, really wanted to do an iron but realism seemed more of a challenge.
What i enjoy on RS? Basically skilling (rc is already my highest stat) and PvM'ing is okay even though these days most bosses like raids 1+2 are way too intense for me, i played when Nex and Corp were the hardest.
What i hate? I despise high risk gambling/staking on servers it has zero skill and people get bored then just risk everything until they lose then quit, even though i suck at PKing if you're going to risk everything atleast do it on something that requires skill rather than pure luck.
I'm usually fairly active on the forums in the communities i join so expect to see a G&A thread.
Other things about me
I'm 25 years old living in Australia.
How i got into RS/RSPS - Knew a few people in high school who played and got me into it aswell as my older brothers, i played RS casually from like 2008 ish until RS3 came out.
I occasionally enjoy playing servers since then depending on how much i enjoy it, is how long i play basically and being part of a healthy community is great fun too and key aspect of a good RSPS imo. I never really got into OSRS though, i've tried a few times but it seems worse than RS3 with all the stupid updates.
Work - Literally been at the same job since i was 15 working at the movies except i got promoted and demoted 1000 times over the years to eventually now be 2IC/co-manager, so forgive me if i have little to no patience for cocky teenagers and their smart remarks.
Music - I'm a massive 'STAN' of Katy Perry, Rihanna, Drake and Lupe Fiasco.
TV/Movies - I've seen or heard about literally every movie from work in the last 10 years so i usually enjoy binge watching any TV series at home some of my favourites are Prison Break, Friends, Burn Notice, HIMYM, Bones, TAAHM, Lost, Criminal Minds... There's so many more.
Wheels - My 04' WRX is still my baby even though i eventually upgraded that's still the car i use most days.
Drinks - Jack Daniels/Canadian club (CCs) is like the only alcohol i like anymore if you don't like them then we probably won't get along.
Also weird flex but anyway... I'm an elite poker and darts player, competed in many yearly tournaments around Melbourne/Sydney and done quite well.
