You can lock combat experience so have been using a cannon with the combat experience locked which does not give me range xp.

One of the many ways, once you get that cannon is it a lot easier on some tasks.

One of the many ways, once you get that cannon is it a lot easier on some tasks.

Cannon makes it as easy as it can be. Just sit there reloading the cannon and that's it.
