Not sure if I'm just doing something wrong. Every time I want to reorganize my bank, I've had to empty out the tab, rather than just switching them around. Just a little quality of life update would be wonderful. (not asking for presets, though that would be nice)

I agree, I've always wondered why this wasn't in-game previously because this is how it is on Osrs. I've always wanted to switch a few tabs around but my bank is so big I cba to remove everything just to move the tab lol.

I just re-organized my bank and messed up on 1 tab and had to re-do everything. This would be a great addition imo.
