What is your suggestion?:

 

Implement an option that allows you to see past character names prior to a name change taking effect, as well as when players were last active in-game/online, for example:

How would this benefit Alora?:

 

This suggestion in itself would save confusion when it comes to players wanting to know who's who, without having to bother said user. Last active online would also serve a great purpose to those who are playing as GIM. For example if you're wanting to find out when a team member was last active all it takes is referring to your Friends List statistics as displayed in the photo above. Also, we already have a plugin that displays when a member was last active online via forum profile pages so why not have one for in-game as well. As it stands, we also currently have a feature that displays previous name changes; the idea behind this suggestion was to implement an in-game feature for this content & not have to refer back to the forums for such info every time.

Support. Definitely a needed update for all the name changes that have occurred and the last online thing could be really useful especially if someone comes back after a long time to see if old mates are still around.

With the name changes that have happened recently this would be very nice. @Omicron has already said that he will most likely be adding this but I can only imagine there are many other things he needs to deal with at the moment with this new feature.

It's a bit tricky to add since it involves a fair amount of client modifications, and I'd have to make sure not to break old clients when I do these sorts of updates. I'll look into it and see how viable it would be to add it, since it would be very helpful. For now, I did add a "Previous Name" section when players post (on the left hand side of this post it would say it, if I had ever changed my name).

Of course support  but after reading what Omi it seems like it will be a while. The forum adjustment was almost just as good. Hated not knowing who was who.

Just check forums for that certain person that changed names and you would see there previous name
