What is your suggestion?: Allow Zahur and Wesley to be able to clean and crush noted herbs and secondary's respectively.

Is this in OSRS?: Yes. 

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: No.

How would this benefit Alora?: Simple quality of life for many people. I'd even be willing to pay 3-4x times the normal amounts if they're cleaned noted.

Support, would definitely help the ironmen that have tons of herbs/secondaries stacked up with their carpal tunnel.

Yes! Would save many people lots of time and as it is functional within OSRS, I don't see a reason not to. Support!
