Those screenshots are of Banks having this same issue and me recommending a temporary fix for them, this conversation took place 20 minutes ago. 

As I have said multiple times to you, the Staff Team is not treating you any differently, you're straight up dismissing all our FACTS & are wasting time.

Okay okay, I believe you. I don't think being sceptical is a bad thing, but maybe I might have been a bit too sceptical. I rest my case.

 

Atleast take a look at the other feedback points. As they stand now:

 

Server

 

I think the server it self is good and similar to OSRS. This server is the most polished one IMO. There's enough content and stuff to do on this server.

 

My suggestions for the server to be more polished:

 

- Fix all the Tzhaar weapons animations and the bonuses.

 

People

The thing which find hard to deal with, are the people sometimes. You'll need to ask a question multiple times before it's noticed and sometimes, you get completely ignored.

Most of the people I've seen are very nice though.

 

Rules

Then you have the rules that are unclear IMO. There is litterally nothing listed about offences being carried over between accounts. It would be nice to add extra details to some of the rules.

Are you asking questions in the Alora CC? There is usually always someone that can answer your questions there. If people don't answer your questions its because they probably dont know the answer. For future reference if you internet search your question + Alora (IE kraken guide Alora) it will be the first thing that shows up if there is a topic about it.

Kinda, but it's unclear where to go to. Google is my best friend ATM, but sometimes I am unable to find anything. Alora is the only chat that has support staff on them. The help CC is empty. It would be nice to have a help CC of some sort.

You can always do ;;staff in game and pm one of us. All of us are here to help but we might miss some questions as our hands can be full at times.

the "help" cc is basically dead. I would use "Alora" or "ice" for your questions!

As my fellow peers have said, you can always PM a staff member if there's nobody around in the 'Alora' clan chat to answer your questions.
