My suggestion would be to add some type of loot bonus to the clue sack sorta like after killing so many NPCS you get a rare drop boost that caps out at 33.3%. Adding something  that boost your chance of rare loot based on the number of clues you complete or adding one set boost to the scroll sack.

Even if you make it so it just gives 1.25x of clue reward which can be stacked with 1.5 bonus that is sometimes on also

Adding some sort of perk to a clue scroll sack could be an incentive for players to go for it, along with the forum award. Support.

yea clues need some love, a boost for every 100th clue of the same type you complete maybe. Not sure about a consistent boost since we already have that through bonus clue rewards event
