What is your suggestion?:

My suggestion is that the 3rd age ring that was just recently added into OSRS comes to Alora. I'm suggesting it is added into the voting shop along with the other two rings we have in-game. (Ring of Coins and Ring of Nature). This can give players another thing in the shop to spend their points on. I'd assume if this was added it would be implemented the same way as osrs, through clue scrolls or it would be added to the customs list.  

 

*If added, the ring should be disabled for the wilderness use for players not to exploit it and abuse it making people click on it to making them think it's loot but really they are just skull tricking themselves. (This was shortly added into OSRS day after the ring was implemented.)

How would this benefit Alora?: 

Would be cool to have another unique/troll item in-game for people to purchase and mess around with or just to have it as collection.

Support always nice to have something to get in the voting shop besides crystal keys

Gonna have to say No support for it to be added in vote shop, I'd like for it to be only in clues also no support for not being able to use in wildy cus skull tricking is allowed in here soo.. they can have the attack option right click only instead of left click.

 

and adding it to the vote shop will basically make it priceless.. 3rd age supposed to be high in price.

It makes more sense to offer this ring as a clue reward. Putting the ring in the vote shop or customs shop would mean more people would have it, and I feel that 3rd age items in general are meant to be very rare (with the exception of 3rd age pick/axe from customs shop). Like OSRS, using the ring would make you immobilized as it should, as well as disabling the ring’s effects in the wilderness to prevent exploitation/abuse.

I can agree with you @ Moral truth . My personal opinion is leaning toward it being a clue award or it being a custom donation(which would make it priced as a custom). I can also agree with @ Eim ash , if it was added into the vote shop it would be way more available to players, which would result into the ring eventually becoming worthless. Reason being I suggested it being added into the vote shop is due to how dull the shop is now. I've always wanted to see more cosmetics added into the shop.

No problem. It would be nice to see more stuff added into the vote shop, but then again, players spend them on crystal keys anyways lol. What we do need is more items in the loyalty shop, as there’s only three items with actual uses. The ring should not go in that shop, but I hope to see more suggestions regarding the loyalty shop. Got to spend them somehow. ;p

It could be funny to see this item in game! What about from loyality points shop? Personally I have no clue what to buy with my points and 3rd age ring would be interesting! After all, it’s a cosmetic!

Support, I think it'd be best to have them released through clues though as they're done in OSRS, mostly because it would add an interesting incentive to do the longer clues such as elite.
