I am confused

My total level now is 2272, when I reach 99 slayer, it will be 2279. But usually, you can't get a higher total level than 2277 (Coz 23 maxed skills x 99 = 2277).

 

Where did these 2 extra total levels come from lol

I believe its something to do with a hidden level 1 stat for summoning/dungeoneering.

The +2 is a visual bug. You are correct, 2277 total level means that you are maxed. Best of luck on 99 slayer. :)
