They need to add this monster to hard tasks. No clue why it isn't on hard tasks in first place.

I support. There's currently no way to get the task for high level players that may not have done slayer off the get go.

No support. These are low level npcs which can (almost) be one hit in proper gear. Also, they are agressive; when using Guthans armour, this will literally be afk slayer experience.

They just don't fit in the hard tasks in my opinion.

Pretty much what @ Blackpoiint said. Cave horrors are more of a medium task despite the 58 slayer requirement to kill them. Making them a hard task will probably make that area more crowded. By the time players reach the requirements for hard slayer tasks, chances are they should have a slayer helm made by now, so there would be no point of killing cave horrors for more black masks as an ironman.

No support as well just as is its already a money maker for people with guthans making it a hard task would make it even more crowded making it harder for newer players (mostly irons) to obtain a black mask the only way to offset it would be  to increase the spawns, which would in turn devalue black masks

Can you please explain, in your opinion, how you feel this suggestion would make slayer better, because I personally don’t see how it would. I would like to understand the opposing perspective better and where you are coming from.

I think this would make slayer better so people can train slayer and hunt for a black mask at the same time, instead of camping there off task.

I see what you mean, but technically you’d still be fighting them without a slayer helm while trying to go for a blask mask, right? Based on how you’re explaining your point, the only benefit I would see is the slayer experience. I’m sure that ironmen with a slayer helm already would avoid doing this task, and besides, there are better tasks to do for seeds such as Kurasks, Spectres, and Turoths.

True... I guess many people would skip it and it might only be beneficial to a small amount of people. Mains might possibly do it for the money.

I don't see the harm in this, would give people incentive to grind them A, for the slayer xp and points, and B, for the Black masks of course

I support this suggestion, however I dont think it should be just as common as most hard tasks. I would do this to prevent the place exploding and black mask price crashing. Nieve also assigns these in OSRS, and we aspire to close to OSRS.

This seems great at first for people that haven't started doing slayer yet and are already high combat however, as other have pointed out, past this point, there is no benefit at all.
