I think that when you wear an Iban's staff, you should be able to autocast Iban's blast just like on OSRS. 

Iban's staff is a cheap alternative to Trident of the seas/swamps, so being able to autocast Iban's blast would be very comfortable to new players. 

 

I think It's a feature that wouldn't harm anyone, I hope it won't be anything difficult to add :)

I support this however it may not be need but it would be nice so new players have a nice alternative to trident

As mentioned by Moral, this has already been suggested in the past, how-ever with that being said as I stand correct I would love to see this implemented, as mentioned previously on a similar suggestion topic.

It would be a decent benefit for those who don’t have access to slayer’s staff (e) or have a lower magic level. The latter is a much better choice for slayer.
