In the stores in the Edgeville Home, an NPC sells food.

I think the food should be removed. Or, the lobsters, swordfish, and sharks.

As of today, the main ways of making money in Alora are limited.

  • Thieving
  • Bossing
  • Donating/Staking

Those are the three main ways I see people saying they can make money. With the removal of the food from the NPC's, the sharks will have increased value and will help build the economy. Along with this, people may need to have their cooked/raw sharks from the shops reset to a number. Ex. everyone in server reset to 50 sharks, and the rest are fished/cooked from there.

I think this is a great idea and will encourage a strong economy with more ways to make money in the future.

No what.

It gives people who aren't PK'ers some control and use.

Right now, 99 fishing is literally just for show.

Stupid idea. You remove food from the NPC shop and you won't have a clan base.

Thought you'd know by now when we tried to limit food purchases on SS.

In the stores in the Edgeville Home, an NPC sells food.

I think the food should be removed. Or, the lobsters, swordfish, and sharks.

So noobs won't have food? Bad idea. Who will fish/cook sharks for a couple 1000gp profit when they can make 10k per click thieving? Either that will be the problem or food will be so expensive that no one will PK.

As of today, the main ways of making money in Alora are limited.

  • Thieving
  • Bossing
  • Donating/Staking

Those are the three main ways I see people saying they can make money.

Farming Torstol? Making super combat pots? Mining/Smelting rune bars? Smithing/Fletching rune darts? Slaying + having points to spend on stuff to sell? Crafting dragonstone/onyx jewelry?

With the removal of the food from the NPC's, the sharks will have increased value and will help build the economy. Along with this, people may need to have their cooked/raw sharks from the shops reset to a number. Ex. everyone in server reset to 50 sharks, and the rest are fished/cooked from there.

I think this is a great idea and will encourage a strong economy with more ways to make money in the future.

And pking will die before it even properly started off on the server.

No support. The only advantage of this would be more profitable skilling but it'd affect Pking a lot as Pkers want to rebank fast and buy supplies from the store without wasting too much time on getting them. No support.

It's already profitable, compare prices of raw/cooked karambwan and anglerfish on TP.

I believe that there needs to be changes to the money making on this server but doing this wouldn't solve it.

No support.

No support ,
Compare the prices of the general store and the trading post , you can already make a small profit ours of it.
I agree that the economy must improve but not like this, we need a better idea to improve the economy.
