Good day, my friends. Moral Truth here, and I am finally back with another written guide! Basically, this guide will explain how to make anti-venom (and +) using the herblore skill, as well as their effects, the requirements to make, and what ingredients you need. This helps for players who do not have access to a serpentine helmet, as that helmet helps you become immune to venom and poison.
Without further ado, let's get into this guide!
Creating Antidote++ (79 Herblore)

Coconut milk
Irit leaf
Note:
You do not need magic roots to create this potion.
Before you begin, you would want to make a vial of coconut milk, which requires a vial of water, a coconut, and a hammer.
First, use your hammer on your coconut to get two coconut halves.

Next, use one of the halves on the vial to get coconut milk. The coconut shell remains from the half, which currently has no uses on Alora.

Lastly, use your irit leaf on the coconut milk to make your antidote++ (3).

Effect:
Cures poison and provides second longest immunity, at 12 minutes. You must drink two sips to cure venom, the second sip will cure poison. This potion is identical to the Superantipoison (which is already in-game) but provides 2x the poison immunity, and is used to create Anti-venom potions (below).
Creating Anti-venom(87 Herblore)

Antidote++
Zulrah's scales (5 per dose)
Basically, just use your scales on your antidote++ to make anti-venom. In this example, 15 scales are used on antidote++ (3) make anti-venom (3).

Effect:
Cures venom and poison in one sip. 12 minutes immunity to poison, and one minute immunity to venom. Used to create Anti-venom+ potions (below).
Creating Anti-venom+(94 Herblore)

Anti-venom
Torstol
All you need to do is use your torstol on your anti-venom to make anti-venom+.

Effect:
Cures venom and poison in one sip. 15 minute immunity to poison, and 3 minute immunity to venom.
Note:
Takes 4 ticks to create one potion, unlike other potions which take two ticks.

Thank you! I actually been trying to figure this out myself. Getting unicorn horn is a hazzle. And super antiposion only takes 1 tick of the posion away like the regular anti posion.
