Everything is halved on an Elite Iron man, besides stuff like pet insuring. However instances should be halved as well seeing they are so valuable to an everyday player, but could easily drain an EIM's cash stack because they cannot sell the drops they possibly got from using the instance itself.

No support. I don't think there should be discount instance for you because of the game mode. The elite iron man mode is supposed to be harder game mode and you should be aware of it when you chose the game mode.

@Mhk The game mode was meant to be harder because of xp rates. Nothing was meant to be harder cash wise for any reasons necessary because we are ironmen in the first place. However alora has instances which are great, therefore circumstances should be adjusted.

I understand Mhk's comments completely, however, I don't see what harm this has overall. EIM's have little to no impact on the economy, etc. This won't devalue any previous accomplishments, I can support this.

I can see where you're coming from on this, however I feel that the price is justified, as we don't have much else to spend gp on in-game.

No support. I was the 2nd EIM to max and had TONS of spare cash, and IF EIM rates a 50% discount on instance costs, HCIM, UIM, and normal Irons do as well, it's NOT harder for an EIM to get gold than the other Irons.

 

PS: if you don't want to alch your rune/b staves/etc you can sell them to Paul for gp.

Do EIM's get casket drops? If so then no support from me. I personally have more cash than I know what to do with for the most part. Caskets and ensouled heads are so common that with your xp rate, you should have *plenty* of cash by the time you're ready to start bossing unless you completely skip slayer.

Can confirm EIMs get casket drops, as well as ensouled heads. From my experience, I've only gotten easy caskets on my EIM account, so I'd assume they get a money reduction from caskets. However, EIMs can still alch items for money, which is nice.

I believe easy caskets actually give more money than hard ones. At least they do in my experience, usually easy caskets are around 250k and hards are around 200k. With 50k lower being the lowest I tend to see on both. So 200-250 easy and 150-200 hards.

Majority of my EIM’s caskets were around 100k or less, and it’s a donor. So yeah lol.
