My opinion (and im not saying this because i am one) but $50 donators should get perk. My reasoning is there is not much more benefits from $10 to $50. It's not that OP to where it has to be as minimal as possible. That's just my opinion, it's up to the developers if they choose to add it into the game.

I agree with sheep and Tuskan, this perk seems more fitting for the super/extreme donator rank.

 

I personally feel like the upgrade from donator --> super donator brings more benefits than upgrading from super --> extreme donator. Because of this, I'm personally more leaning towards making this perk extreme+.

I dont mind this idea but i agree with @Sheep with not for regular Donners

This would be a nice little benefit while not being too overpowered or game breaking in my opinion. 

I would see it going for extremes+ because super's already have the free slayer skip perk.
