increase ensouled head drop rate by 2% per rank?

 donation shop add corp core 1k-2k?

make staffs such as dust and mist and smoke for donators only and make them able to combined runes?

make it possible for for rellaka boots from loyalty shop give bonus too hunter or runecrafting ?

give bonus exp on bone crushers for donators ?

make fire making set for bonus for fire making bonus exp 25%?

lumberjack set to be added to acheivement store 25% bonus ?

prospceter armour to added to achievement shop for 25% exp bonus or varrok armour to add bonuses exp aswell as extra ore ?

1: Maybe a flat rate would be better than a rank scaling

 

2: If you're talking about the pet dark core, absolutely not, this is one of the rarest pets in-game and should not be purchasable

 

3: I don't believe combo staffs being donator only is fair whenever they are fixed

 

4: Maybe giving them a teleport to Vorkath, like OSRS teles to the boat

 

5: Prayer is a relatively easy skill to train, I don't see this bonus really providing a major difference but I still don't like donator bonus when there are a ton in-game already

 

6, 7, 8: Support, at the moment most are only cosmetic, maybe tone down the %

Im not a fan of the suggestions up untill the skilling outfits getting bonuses, but all 3 of the skilling outfits youve suggested are already ingame with methods to obtain them, 

lumberjack- 6000 redwood logs

prospector i believe is like 800 daily points.

Pyromancer is 300 achv points.

It seems like the majority of the proposed boosts are a bit too OP/Unfair, it shouldn't feel "mandatory" to donate to truly experience the game, in my opinion.

As MHK said the corp pet shold NEVER be purchasable, along with having a better donator status should not dominate people who either are not donator or the regular donator itself. That aspect there would make the game completely unfair.
