What is your suggestion?:

Toggle percentages/fractions for monster drops on the monster drop table.

 

Is this in OSRS?:

No, but percentages are seen on the OSRS wiki when searching a boss/monster. However, drop rates are different in Alora compared to OSRS.

 

Has this suggestion been accepted already?:

No.

 

How would this benefit Alora?:

I have noticed that folks ask for drop rates for certain items, but are unable to figure that out with a percentage. With the ability to toggle between fraction/percentage form (e.g. 1/100 instead of 1%), we can get a better idea on how often a mob/boss drops a specific item. Should also be an option to toggle bonuses from kc milestones and/or ring of wealth whenever applicable.

I have also noticed that folks ask for which monsters/bosses drop a specific item. This feature can either be implemented in the monster drop table in the quest tab with an "item search" with the ability to switch back to "monster search." This, or there can be a new feature called "View item search." Searching the item (e.g. crystal seed) would show that only Zulrah drops it, with the fraction/percentage.

No, but the OSRS wiki has a page for the RDT.

How would this benefit Alora?:

I am unsure if the RDT on OSRS is exactly the same as on Alora, but it would be nice to be able to see the table in-game via the quest tab to see what's dropped there, and the fraction/percentage.

Not really hard to do the math, and on the wiki it is a % drop but they also note the 1/xxx.

Thank you for your feedback, Moe. I'm now aware the RDT is the same on Alora, and that #2 was already suggested. I will cross them out and leave the first suggestion up for debate.

I think most can figure out the ratio just fine, but I’ll support this for the small population that has trouble understanding it
