[To gain]

Hey guys,

 

Due to the amount of Pm's and Dm's I get about my demotion from global mod I decided to give all of you a small explanation about why I was demoted.

I will not go into any details as this is not relevant to what happened, It happened and I regret that I did what I did.

So what happened I was out pking, and I said something about another person/clan I should not have said and I'm sorry that I did.

The fact that this has happened before and I already was warned makes my demotion 100% justified.

This is definitely not a farewell.

What I have to do is work on the part of me which caused me to be in the situation I am in right now, And hope I can earn my place again when the time is there.

 

The past 7 months as a staff member on alora were beautiful, and i did not wanna miss it for 1 bit, i understand the decision that was made and i respect that 100%.

I have much respect for you gain to publicly acknowledge the issue and show that you will take it as a learning experience. With that mentality I believe you will be able to move on from this in no time, and hope to see you back one day. :)

OT: Nice to see that you still have motivation regardless of the situation. I am sure that you will be in the staff team again sooner or later, because you did an outstanding job as a moderator. Not sure why this is in a farewell section though, as this is not a farewell.

It takes a lot of maturity to handle being a staff member on here and you are clearly capable of handling it. It's unfortunate that something so small got you demoted but I also agree that it was justified.

 

Sadly the PK clan community on here is one of the most toxic parts of Alora and it's very easy to say things you shouldn't especially when certain clans are basically known for it. There's a fine line between flame and banter and sometimes its hard to know when you're crossing a line.

 

You've always been respectful to me To gain and i'm very happy that you're not quitting. Respect for trying to change, we all have things we need to work on and its only going to get better if you realize you made a mistake.
