Allow players to purchase Rune packs from the Strange Old Man who's walking around and digging in the Barrows area. I suggest having Earth, Air, Mind, Body, Water and Fire runes as packs, debatable ones could be Cosmic, Chaos, Nature, Law and Death runes perhaps for an increased price.

The packs would be purchased using Barrows points and the packs have 100 runes inside of them.

 

Costs:

Basic elemental runes (Air, Fire, Earth, Air, Water): 20-40 Barrows points per pack

Cosmic & Law runes: 50-70 Barrows points per pack

Higher level runes (Death, Chaos): 70-90 Barrows points per pack

 

The prices are just made up quickly, they probably could use some balancing to not make them too easy to get.

 

The rune packs would give Ironmen a way to buy runes, since currently we don't have a shop for them. In OldSchool ironmen can easily purchase almost every single rune from vendors. 

It would also give another use for Barrows points as currently we can only buy a random set for 15K points. 

 

I realize you already get runes from doing Barrows and you can craft them individually if you'd like, but this could give players and especially Ironmen more reasons to do Barrows.

I do like the suggestion, although I think adding the high level runes will make Barrows more op than it is. Barrows already offers great runes and I think leaving it as it is would be the smartest choice, however adding low level runes wouldn't effect the game that much.

No support, there's already plenty of incentive for ironmen to do Barrows, especially with the buffed amounts of runes they now drop. It would be nice if Barrows points had another use, but I don't think it should be for this.

Even though there are plenty of ways for Ironman accounts to stockpile runes, I don’t see how it could hurt.

I think it would be nice for barrows to sell the basic runes only, so I’m neutral on this.

No support, Barrows is already perfect in the way it is to get runes. The other runes are also very easy to achieve in the game currently.

I can't support this even as an ironman, we don't need the game mode to keep getting easier and easier. Every update or so many updates, something comes along and eases the grind for us and it's a tad bit annoying. I agree certain things do need to be a tad bit easier to obtain, but barrows already gives plenty of stuff with key halves, dragon/rune equipment, barrows, runes, etc. I think there should be another way to use barrows points, but I don't think this is it.

A runes shop for Ironmen has already been accepted https://www.alora.io...re-for-ironmen/ so adding one to barrow would be pointless. No Support.

NO support baarows drop plenty of runes plus u can do rune crafting for the rest of them. The point is to do the work yourself since you are ironman.

I support it about the lower runes, however like mentioned above, barrows is already op as it is on getting higher tier runes. Neutral on this.

No support, playing on EIM. I think the basic runes are easy enough to get through runecrafting. And certain NPC's drop a good amount. As for the high level runes, barrows is OP enough in dropping those. You can easily get a 1k drop of runes, either death or chaos.
