Well, we all know I'm a walking/talking meme for this boss. And after some peer pressure, mainly from @Code 002, I've decided to make a guide on it.
1. Notable Drops
TLDR; The Pet, Black Tourmaline Core (combine it with Bandos Boots to make Guardian Boots).

TLDR; Off Task, Void Melee and Range. On Task, your Best In Slot DPS gear for Melee and Range with Slayer Helm (i).
Keep in mind that having a melee switch will have faster kill times, but you may choose to blowpipe the whole thing to make it more AFK.

3. Getting There and Unlocking the Boss
TLDR; Top floor of Slayer Tower. Use a Brittle Key.
Spoiler
1). Use the Teleport Wizard to teleport to Slayer Tower.
2). Run West around the wall, then east and climb up the Spiky Chain.
3). Run South-West and climb up the Staircase.
4). Run East and kill Gargoyles until you get a Brittle Key as a drop.
5). Use the key to unlock the staircase. In addition, for a fee of 15m, you can unlock the Magical Chest next to the stairs which acts as a bank.
4. Walkthrough
TLDR; Use Range for Dawn, Melee for Dusk with respective Prayers. Avoid Pillars, falling rocks, fire rings, and Dusk's Range attack.
Spoiler
1). Equip your Range gear, then go through the Roof Entrance. (refer to Step 5 of Section 3)
2). Once you're in, run East and stand in front of the statue so that Dusk can't hit you. Then attack Dawn.
3). Once Dawn reaches half HP (225 or below), Dusk will return to his side of the room and they will spawn Pillars of Light. Find a spot near Dusk (simply stand 2 squares away from the pillars to avoid taking damage) and switch your Prayers and Gear to Melee.
4). Dawn will then fly away. Attack Dusk until he reaches half HP (225 or below). Avoid the falling rocks.
6). Dawn will return and they will spawn more Pillars of Light. Run back to the statue on the Eastern wall and stand 2 squares away from the Pillars. Put your Range Gear/Prayers back on.
7). Attack Dawn until he is dead. When he dies, Dusk will spawn a square of fire around you. You must run out of the fire or you will take high damage, as well as heal Dusk.
7). Attack Dusk. Watch for him to use his Range attack. You can avoid taking 2 hits by moving 1 square away from where you're standing.
8). Attack Dusk until he is dead, and the loot will drop.
