(Before I start if this is the same as Community manager then please remove this topic if it is not then listen up!) 

I think it would be cool to have someone as a Event Manager 

What would their job be? 

To host in game events for the Alora Community for example 
They would host games like Hide and seek, Trivia, drop party's etc... 

What if you want to host an event? 
Well then you would get in touch with the event Manager and they will host it for you and this way it Will be done properly and make sure prizes etc are given out properly and not just people wasting other people's times ie:Trolls 

Benifets of having an event manager:
It would make things a lot more fun for the community and players seeing as though we are hitting over 500+ people and it would be more organized and will allow people to know before hand of events and giveaways etc. 

 

(PS. THIS IS NOT A ECONOMY RUINER BY GIVING OUT FREE STUFF THE PRIZES DONT HAVE TO BE HUGE OR ANYTHING ALSO IT COULD BE USED FOR NEW ITEMS OR RARE ITEMS THAT ARE RELEASED IN FUTURE TO HELP ECONOMY FLOW)

Anyways tell me what you think, it's just a suggestion so please keep hate to a minimum but feedback is more than welcome xD

Don't find it necessary to produce another rank that will focus on a task that can be done with the following Advertisement Manager @Raw Envy and the rest of the staff team.

It would be cool to have either Blank or Raw Envy to focus on both advertisements and the community, while you have someone like Lowkey focusing on the staff team.

thanks for the input mate, the main reason i suggested this was that it would let the other staff team focus on there current role and a event manager would focus strictly on events, hence giving the other staff members more time to attend to their Duties. :)

Not needed, that would just be going overboard. We've got too many ranks as it is. If we produce a rank like this then that means we would have to spawn the items otherwise it would take long to obtain the items for the rewards. Keep in mind, in case you weren't aware, that all the events that we've hosted so far ever since this server released has come from our own pockets. A rank like ''Community Manager'' or ''Advertisement Manager'' should be enough to do the job, or even any staff member.

thanks for the input fairly new so didnt know much about events that have already been hosted.

This is an overall staff goal to keep the community engaged within Alora.

The Staff Team overall are the Event Manager which is the reason for not having a specific person act as an Event Manager.

 

The Events hold every weekend are discussed through the Staff Team .

 

Basicly the Staff Team is your Event Manager.
