So i think it would be cool to add a smithing benefit to donor ranks as it is such a aids skill...

for example higher your donor rank the less coal it take to add to say rune to make a rune bar. 
i understand that steel only take 2 atm so making that less would be a bit op i guess.

Sorry if this has been suggested before.

If an EIM can do it on x4 I'm sure you'll be able to survive on x40.

No support, coal has already crashed like crazy, not in favor of another factor causing it to crash more.

Unfortunately I can't support this, also next time you make a suggestion make it more professional like and add in Pros/Cons , reasons why this would benefit said skill/player, Ect ect.

 

As for getting extra bars/ores you can already get extra ores as a Donator+ or use the Dragon Pick that makes bars while you mine, you can also use Varrock Armor from the Achievement shop to get extra bars while smithing and extra ores while mining. There is 3 perks we have to smithing I have already suggested.

There are already a few things out there to make smithing less tedious you just have to go out and look for it.
