I am so excited for this content!! I for one have been looking forward to this for a long time and have been hyped up. 

 

As for the Hardcore Ironman issue, I believe it should be a SAFE death as this would allow them to enjoy the content along side their friends/other players and not have to worry about losing their status.

You are the f*ckin' GOAT of RSPS development, kudos to you my man. While I did vote yes that it should be like OSRS, I do see people's points of why it shouldn't. In my own opinion, while our content is like OSRS...we already have many game modes that are a bit 'deadish'. Many might stop HCIM, just so they can enjoy doing Raids 2.

@Omicron I like the idea of it being safe for HCIM for the simple fact of it's a 5 person raid, if ANY number of them are HCIM then there is a chance they might just teleport out on the first wave because they get too jumpy about dying and losing their rank. If this happens then its only going to ruin it for all the other members in the raid because they will be losing members all the time and it will get tiresome. 

The only other way I could think about this scenario is maybe for the first month make it a safe raid, and then once people are a bit more use to it (whether they chose to practice the raids before or not is their own choice) then we could implement the lose of HC status later down the line along with a warning to HCIM about them possibly losing their HC status if they die in the raid BEFORE they can even party up for it?

I realise option two would be a lot of extra work, it's just the only way I can see it being fair to all game modes and then possibly having the risk there at some point :)

I think hcim should lose status upon death its not meant to be easy and the reward is worth the risk they also have the teleport crystal option so you are being fair

Same, you shouldn't do TOB if you can't take the risk / don't know mechanics. It doesn't take alot to get good gear or stats on normal mode, so you could practice. It would make it fun, to me, if I was a HCIM

To much dangerous... It is almost suicide never know what happens to other people. One will be high because of weed etc another got mad problems etc another ones are just cunt who would destroy you after several times. Idk. It can be even not DC not little lag but others. Even maybe bugs from start... Almost suicide.
