Staff Applications section should be only viewed by members, so members cant reply other than the person who posted it and only staffs like admin, server mod etc can reply to the section. I appreciate seeing members giving them good luck but in my opinion, only staffs should able to reply in that section.

Unfortunately I do not support this. Receiving feedback always helps, even by a member.

Don't support this either. A staff member should be well liked and respected by the community as a whole, not just the staff members. It's a little bit different if they are applying for an administrative role, but a role such as server support needs to be someone who has the support of people other than the staff.

I also do not support this; I believe that feedback from the community is essential - I don't believe that applicants are chose only by staff. The community has a huge impact on who is/isn't staff which is how it should be; if an applicant is getting good feedback on their application from the community then that'd more than likely increase the chances of staff for that applicant.

Staff Feedback is public for the rest of the Community to give their thoughts on it.
