1. I would love to see a "Clear Private Chat HIstory" option in-game, as a pker, I get quite a few nasty PMs, and I would love to clear that history like osrs, instead of seeing someone flame me in my pms for 20 minutes

2. Sorta like OSBuddy "I think its OSBuddy" Could there be a Weapon special data orb under the run data orb? It would show you how much special attack you have left without having to switch, I know its not hard to press an F button, but it would just be nice.

They're not bad ideas, I agree with with the first point you've made about the PM's. However, I'm neutral too the Special Attack as it seems it's just another way to make the game easier. It's not too hard to click once on you're screen to notice how much Special Attack you have lef, so yeah I don't think it's something that is essential.

Support both additions, would be fucking amazing to have the clear PM and the special attack orb.

Support, especially the latter, would be pretty nice to not have to check, just a QOL kind of thing.
