What is your suggestion?: To be able to imbue crystal bows/shields with the imbuement scroll. Imbuing could increase the bows stats or slightly increase the attack speed from 4 to 5 (speed should be 5 already, source; http://oldschoolrunescape.wikia.com/wiki/Crystal_bow) so the speed would be slightly slower than shortbows. Imbuing the shield could increase it's defensive bonuses slightly and maybe a slight prayer bonus increase too.

 

Is this in OSRS?: Kinda. You can imbue the bow and the shield so they won't lose stats once they start to degrade but since items don't degrade on Alora, a stat boost etc would be nice.

 

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: I believe not.

 

How would this benefit Alora?: It's possible to imbue the halberd for slight attack and prayer bonus increase so I think it would be fair to be able to imbue the other crystal items too.

Halberd is already OP on slayer task so i see no point of imbueing your halberd to make it more OP. For the shield and bow i support it.

Maybe the crystal bow and shield could use a nice buff from the imbuement. I agree with Reddit, chally OP without another imbuement stat boost.

Yeah it is, but you can still imbue it tho. Crystal halberd is used by a lot of people even without the imbue unlike the bow and the shield. Crystal bow with the correct attack speed would be a very nice alternative for killing zulrah and why not other bosses too instead of a crossbow. Shield on the other hand is very useful even without any imbues but if bow imbuing gets implemented then why not add an option to imbue all of the crystal items right away

I'm sure that its only fair to be able to use an imbuement scroll on the other crystal items. The imbuement scroll on the halberd reduce the spec cost, and its actually a good idea to increase its stats/speed on the shield/bow respecitvely.
