Since we have the toggleable ability to note bars along with dragon bones after the completion of DS2, I think they should also make it possible to note dragon hides that are dropped from Chromatic Dragons including brutals.

I would normally be hesitant that it would be too powerful for crafting xp, but since steel dragons can get you 99 construction fairly easily idk why it would be that much of a problem. It's not like there is a huge economy for dragon hides at the moment and its an RSPS, so things are meant to be easier (especially when they are earned like through DS2).

Let me know your thoughts(and prayers).

I don't see the issue, we already note bars as you said. It would just be another bonus to finishing the quest and making life easier. Support.

I support , but dont add it to DS2 rewards in my opinion.

Make it an unlock from daily task store or any futher content really.

Great idea as highlighted in the above comments.

However my two pence on the suggestion is this..

A player should have either a kill count of 100 in each type of dragon before the 'noted hides' is unlocked, or, a total of 500 dragon kills across all dragons in Alora.

Ohh I like this idea. I also agree with what the rest of you said, having it come from achievements or daily tasks. I think there's a lot of potential things we could start adding to the game that should be unlockable, rather than available at the start.

I support this, not necessarily an added perk from DS2 though, could be added somewhere else.

Support. Mainly because hide drops from dragons are fairly redundant (to me anyway) mainly because it's an inconvenience to pick up as they consume to many inventory slots meaning slower and shorter trips.
