Call me lazy but this suggestion is also beneficial for a cash sink to, I'm not sure if its needed though. I think it'd be nice if there was an NPC which you could trade in a clue scroll for 1M to receive the casket?

Something like this does not seem like a good idea overall. Money sinks are good but if you don't want to do clues don't do them.
