hi guys, thank you for taking the time to view my guide! it is going to be a very short guide with not much detail as it doesn't exactly take much to become staff member!

 

1. always donate to the well! once you become staff you never have to donate to it ever again!
2. spam "pm me for help or join "help" cc​​"
3. spam "don't forget to to activate your ;;2fa to keep your account safe!"
4. follow current staff members around like a lost puppy
5. if you've ever been toxic in the community, don't worry! you can pretend you was never toxic get a staff role and resume being toxic!
6. always make sure you pm staff members everyday with short chat "hi, how are you?" repeat this every 12-24 hours!
7. congratulate people whenever their name appears in the chat box!

 

that's basically all you have to do to become a staff member! 0 effort is all it takes. just sit afking next to the well while pressing the "page up" key.

 

but in my opinion none of the above should ever make you a staff member! staff members should be chosen based on how the community interacts with certain people.

thank you! 2006-2009ish was a fun run being a runescape moderator!

 

these steps are what you did 2 weeks prior to becoming staff member, not gunna lie you was an alright guy until you got comfortable then you became your old self being sarcastic and toxic.

3. Spamming

 

 

 

Spamming on Alora is not allowed, as it causes disarray throughout the server.

 

10. Encouraging Others to Break Rules

 

 

 

Members that are somehow encouraging others to break a rule whether or not the enticed member understands that specific rule will receive a 24-48 hour mute or 24 hour ban, depending on the extremity or severity of the rule.

 

By telling people to spam multiple things you are breaking rule number 10. Perhaps that is why you aren't staff.

Some very interesting ways to "Get staff", whoever treats it like a trophy should not even be allowed to write a staff application. And if this is to target someone specifically you might aswell pm him or  give us individual feedback, wich we always appreciate.  The fact that you yell that you are helping is anything but annoying in my eyes .
