Also, I always try and look at the chats to help new players, and give advise to players that have been in for a while. I know who the trolls are and who are the people who have serious questions.

I try and stay in the cc as much as possible even when i do an instance i leave the instance cc to rejoin ice. My strengths as a ranked ICE member would be that I could be on during EDT and that I am on almost everyday of the week for long periods of Times and that I could help out people in CC and also help moderate or watch over the Discord and be active is VC. (Also I'm extremely RNG lucky and I got a Dragon Full Helm at kc 7 at Brutal Blacks)

My weaknesses are that I am very unexperienced as a staff for Discord or a CC in general, and that I'm also inexperienced Late game in Runescape like Bossing, Raids etc. (I will be learning Jad soon though )
