Each applicant must initially apply for Recruit, then Corporal, followed by Sergeant.

2) Ironman knowledge (Playing an Ironman vs "Tradeable" accounts is very different. Hopefully my Ironman journey can help others.)
3) Experience (Been playing Alora on multiple accounts for at least 5+ years)

Although new to ICE, I've been around Alora for a long time under many names, some you might recognize. I want to help the community in a meaningful way other than being Staff. I feel like ICE / Alora cc are the best way to do that.
